The principal responsibilities of the post are the management of the Depot during the night, and the briefing and debriefing of drivers with regard to their duties. Good interpersonal expertise is required for direct interface with the drivers. In addition, computer literacy and good numeracy skills are essential as computer input and arithmetical calculations feature highly in this post. Enthusiasm to learn new skills is also key.
